If you receive your product and are not happy with it, we will give you a full refund or exchange as long as the product is still unopened and within the first 14 days after purchase. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Drip tips are are non-returnable or non-exchangeable due to hygiene and health & safety reasons. Also E-liquid is non-refundable but may be exchangeable depending on the reasoning such damaged bottle, or an error from our side.
If the product you have purchased is faulty (manufacturing fault) then please notify us within the first 28 days after purchase. If the 28 days pass, unfortunately we will not be able to anything.
If you would like a refund first of all get in contact with us and we can discuss the options. If we decide to pursue the refund then (within the first 14 days) send it back to us within the package containing the products. Unfortunately in this case we will not pay for the shipping but we would definitely recommend that you choose a trackable delivery so you can track the parcel. If the products get lost we cannot compensate you.
Once you have sent the parcel to us, we will thoroughly check the product to see nothing is missing before we issue a refund. Once we are satisfied, we will aim to process the refund straight away.
If you would like an exchange for your product then you have two options. Place another order and when we get your parcel, we will issue a refund, or send us the parcel and will send one back in return. If you are exchanging due to change of mind then we will not pay the shipping, but if there is an error from our side such as the wrong product then we will pay the shipping.
